Q-Quality Homes LLC is owned operated by Quonda Brewer AKA "Q". The company has been in business since 2015. Q-Quality Homes is an innovator in the construction business in the Dallas/Ft. Worth Texas area and will soon be expanding to other States. The company takes pride in adding features that most other builders simply overlook.  "When I build a home and have it designed, I build as if I'm going to live in it. Even during the construction process, I make sure that my job sites are extremely clean. When I complete a home I can visualize myself living there. I give it the same touch as I would my own home. I pay attention to areas of the home that matter most to my potential clients. For example, in the master suites, I make sure that there are extra features in the spacious walk-in closets and en-suite. The kitchen has a generous amount of cabinetry for the chef in the home, a spacious garage, and a luxurious backyard. I try to envision what the homeowners want in lieu of being overly concerned about profit margins. Q goes on to say "I simply enjoy the creative process of building a forever home, making my client’s dreams come true through homeownership". Q-Quality Homes is a family-run business with the expertise of three generations of builders standing behind its name.
